Keely began a career in the financial industry in 1998, where he spent several years as a top producer with the National Business Association focusing on health and group benefits. In 2000, his career path and calling took a new direction when, through ties to his church and his family’s construction company, he was asked to take on the construction of a new facility for Hope Center Church in San Antonio, TX. In his early 20s, he was tasked with completing a nine-acre development and three-million-dollar construction project. He developed a construction management program that utilized volunteer labor coupled with professionals that was responsible for saving millions of dollars for the Kingdom of God. Over the next 11 years, he went on to build seven multi-million church projects across the state of Texas and served as an advisor to many church boards and building committees.

During this process, he became passionate about helping pastors and the churches that they serve. In 2011 he took a full-time ministry position at Hope Center Church as the Christian Education Director and Children’s Pastor and became a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. He served in this role until 2014 when an opportunity arrived to combine his earlier career in the financial industry with his calling and love for ministry.
